Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition within 30 days of purchase. Special order items and custom orders are not returnable.
Please call us at 1-800-524-3534 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Items returned without the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the box will not be accepted. If you do not call for an RA, your package will not be accepted. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. Please indicate the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or full refund. All items must be returned within 30 days of sales receipt,
Delivery:
The Ladies Pro Shop ships all orders within 24-48 hours after receiving your order. In cases where a backorder does occur, we will order the merchandise from the manufacturer and ship to you as soon as we receive the merchandise (usually within 7-14 days). If the merchandise is delayed for an extended period of time, we will ship the in stock and available items to you, with a follow up shipment of the backordered items with no additional shipping charges to you.
We ship via Federal Express Home Delivery and USPS for ground orders and Federal Express Air for Overnight and 2 Day shipping. Please call for additional Air Options and Charges. Rural Surcharges will be added to your Shipping Charges. Please remember, that shipping days are business days, Monday through Friday, and FedEx does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. All orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the next day.
